2 - THREE STEPS YOGIC BREATH – GROUND, EXPAND, RISE

A foundational breath practice to harmonize body, heart, and mind.
You’ll gently guide your breath into three spaces — the belly, the ribs, and the chest — awakening a full and conscious flow of energy.
With gentle awareness on the nose as the sacred gateway of the breath, this session invites even deeper presence and inner spaciousness — without changing the natural rhythm.

3 – BREATHING THE BALANCE: UJJAYI & KAKI MUDRA

We begin with Ujjayi, the inner ocean breath, gently warming the body and anchoring the mind. Then we soften into Kaki Mudra, sipping coolness through pursed lips, inviting quiet to settle in.
Through this rhythm of contrast, the breath becomes a meditation — and the body, a vessel of balance.

A practice of clarity, stillness, and returning home to your physical presence.
